To expand our successful business in the USA, Mettler Packaging LLC – located in Raynham, MA -
is looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional.

This person is ideally with a proven track report as a hunter of new business and highly motivated to expand the business of existing key accounts.

                                                  Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your new role:
- Establish and maintain major account relationships and generate new business
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business requirements
- Direct responsibility for all aspects of allocated prospects and customers
- Establish contacts and meetings with new potential customers                                  
- Prepare all aspects of client meetings and presentations to senior procurement and sourcing teams       
- Effective communication with the US support team and manufacturing plant in Germany    
- Develop detailed product knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the US packaging market                                                            

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience in the packaging industry
- Successful track record of growing territory and sales as well as of increasing and exceeding revenue targets
- An understanding of manufacturing processes
- A resilient self-starter with a strong focus on results
- Comfortable presenting and negotiating at senior level
- Interest in the monitoring of the order fulfillment and the daily business
- Field service combined with an office-based position in Raynham, MA
